Reactivity
Barking, lunging, growling, pulling, whining or other ways over reacting to dogs, people, bicycles, cars, wildlife, and more. On leash, off-leash or at home at fence or in window, or in a vehicle.
Separation Anxiety
Distress when left alone, confined, crated, or in the car. Barking, whining, howling, destruction, house soiling, pacing, drooling, or escape attempts.
Aggressive Behaviours
Growling, snapping, or biting toward visitors, strangers, family members, other dogs, or wildlife. Resource guarding of food, toys, resting places, or people. Intra-household conflict between dogs and other household animals. Aggressive behaviour when approached, handled, or touched.
Anxiety, fear, phobias
Fear or anxiety around strangers, visitors, family members, other dogs, objects, vehicles, travel, veterinary visits, handling, loud noises, storms, or fireworks, often resulting in hiding, freezing, barking, whining, pacing, escape attempts, panic, or aggressive behaviour.
Behaviour problems I help with
Puppy and adolescent
Biting, mouthing, chewing, jumping up, house training, pulling on leash, digging, counter surfing, over-excitement, high arousal, fearful or anxious behaviours, and other common behaviour challenges.
Rescue Dog Support
Helping newly adopted dogs adjust to their new home, settle into family life, build confidence, reduce fear and anxiety, and overcome common rescue-related behaviour challenges.
Prey drive, chase, recall
High prey drive, chasing wildlife, cats, birds, bicycles, runners, or other moving objects, poor recall, or difficulty disengaging from distractions.
Life skills & Leash skills
Pulling on leash, jumping up, difficulty settling, over-excitement, focus around distractions, polite greetings, and everyday life skills.
Ready To Start?
Your dog's history, behaviour, lifestyle, and environment are carefully analyzed before your consultation to identify contributing factors, ensure your dog's needs are met, and select the most appropriate approach for your dog and your family.
If you already know your schedule, you can book your consultation online through Calendly. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
Contact me before booking, and I'll help you choose the most appropriate service for your dog.
Behaviour Consultation
Every behaviour consultation is an individualized assessment. I'll listen to your concerns, observe your dog's behaviour, identify contributing factors, and develop the most appropriate training and behaviour modification plan. You'll leave with five clear, actionable next steps so you know exactly where to start.
Demonstration & Coaching
Whenever appropriate, I'll demonstrate the exercises with your dog first, then coach you step by step, adapting the training and behaviour modification process to your dog, your family's needs, and the way you learn best.
Building New Habits
Behaviour change doesn't come from practising a single exercise. Together we'll build practical habits, routines, and decision-making skills, then gradually generalize them to different environments, situations, and distractions.
Long-Term Success
My goal isn't simply to improve your dog's behaviour. It's to help you understand why your dog behaves the way they do and give you the practical skills and confidence to navigate future challenges on your own.
How I work?

Wylie`s Mom, Verline
"I was very happy with the training I received from Krisztina regarding my westie puppy who is a rescue and her advice was so so valuable and clear. I totally would recommend her and she really helped to transform my thinking on how to care and respond to his needs, he has become a total delight thx to Krisztina. Well worth the money."

Taz`s Mom Jackie
" I wanted to stay in touch as you have made such a difference in our journey with Taz. Our sessions and the information you provided have really helped. I refer to them often, and Taz has really come a long way, he is so smart and a joy to have. Also, the most exciting news is that Taz and Oscar are getting along together! ."

Cairo`s Mom, Karen
"...Cairo was obsessed with his neurotic behavior of chasing his tail. Krisztina gave me skills to help Cairo overcome his obsession, which I am happy to say he has now conquered...We are now learning how to keep Cairo calm when walking and encountering other dogs. This will take time, but Cairo is doing much better now with all the calming exercises and training Krisztina is teaching us.
I would highly recommend Krisztina’s positive training and expertise if you are having any issues with your dog.

Willow`s Dad, Sam
"Willow is a rescue dog that had a number of issues with separation and noise sensitivity when she first came to live with me.
Krisztina offered us an exceptional service - delivered with both precision and professionalism - to support Willow's (and my) growth. Willow dog is now able to stay at home for extended periods of time and is 90% less reactive to noise (and a lot more).
If you are considering hiring TGD - I give my highest recommendation to Krisztina to help any dog owner."
